Quality Policy

It is the policy of EPIC:

1. To co-operate together to operate a professional and responsible service, at a realistic and viable cost, through efficient practices and systems to the maritime and transport community.

2. To meet together whenever possible to discuss current practices and common problems and to anticipate the changing requirements of P&I Clubs and their members.

3. To exchange advice and information collectively within the group to assist in the maintenance of quality and efficient claims handling services and in order to provide timely advice and information.

4.To create a structured working environment within the European Grouping, which fully recognises the need to have a dedicated system of quality and customer satisfaction and to recognise that the success of our businesses is dependent upon the quality and level of that service to the international shiping fraternity.

5. To be forward looking and to be reponsive to the needs of the shipping industry and its insurers.
